Black Star is pleased to announce the signing of their 2nd american player in Jarvis Williams. The 23 year old guard  is 201 cm tall and comes fresh from Minnesota State University where he averaged 14.5 ppg on 50.7 % shooting and 5.5 rpg in 33 games.
